In 2014, Lynette established the Nonprofit, No Sister Left Behind Inc. (Economic Developments, Empowering, Providing Housing services for Veterans, Educating Young Girls & Women to Excel)  She also partnered with other organizations to provide Women conferences.  

 

Lynette's passion is to impact change to every life she encounters. 

More About Lynette

Lynette Reddix, was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana where she began utilizing her nursing training and skills in Acute Care Rehabilitation. She moved to Houston in 2000 pursuing her degree in Healthcare Care Administration at Texas Southern University. She has been working in the healthcare industry for over 26 years providing compassion and quality service to all she has encountered.

Lynette  is also an Entrepreneur, CEO/Administrator of Rosenberg CMHC Inc. She has multiple talents and is building a dynasty with no signs of slowing down. Lynette concentrates on helping her patients understand their illness and providing services to help them cope with what is present and treatment to enhance their ability to function more productive in our community.

In 2010 Lynette Began her first entrepreneur venture with Lynn’s Taxes & Financial Services providing tax preparations and financial training to area residents, businesses, and students. She established The first 2015 Red Cat for Pink Women conference and she was also a Presenting Sponsor bringing Steadman Graham amongst a few to educate, inspire, and empower our area young boys and men with The 1000 Men Empowerment Expo.

Lynnette's passion and drive has made her a very sought after person to assist in building other area practices, and to participate in area health and wellness fairs. Her company has also participated in the National Association for Mental Illness (NAMI) to raise funds in helping to service our community members whom is dealing with mental illness.  Ms. Reddix serves on a number of boards which includes: The Fort Bend County Cultural Diversity Committee, The NAACP, C.A.S.E (Citizen Advocating for Social Equality) as Fund Raising Chair to name a few.

Lynette was named one of the 50 Top Black Health and Wellness Professional 2015. She currently serves as the President of NAACP Missouri City & Vicinity 2017-2019. She was President of Rose B. Johnson Colon Cancer Awareness Foundation 2014-2016

 

Ms. Reddix, actively attends Fountain of Praise Church serving in the Health & Wellness Ministry. Throughout all of her accomplishments, she is most proud of her family support throughout her career.
